Special Event Rentals offers complimentary event site checks. A site check will help make sure your event is successful and is extremely helpful for large and tented events.
An event specialist can be arranged to meet with you on-site to discuss your event, provide helpful tips and make suggestions. At a site check we will measure the site to make sure everything will fit in the event area, ensure we can successfully deliver the rental items, discuss timelines and answer any questions you may have.
In order to provide you with the best experience we require as much information about your event as possible before the site check including: type of event, approximate number of guests and the event date. This allows us to come prepared with different options for you.
The Special Event Rentals’ staff member that will be completing your site check will be an experienced team member and able to guide you through the entire process. With the information we gather we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote.
